Job Description

  • Should have minimum 4 years of experience working as Business Analyst.
  • Experience working in Risk, Investment Banking & Financial Services is preferred.
  • Should be able to communicate with Business users and stakeholders.
  • Hands on technical knowledge with SQL queries, Excel VBA, macros etc.
  • Experienced in running workshops driving requirements and solution design
  • A proven track record in delivering business and functional requirements within technology change working on a variety of relevant technical programs.
  • A strong command of business analysis methodologies including the application of industry standard methodologies.
  • The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in Agile and SDLC full lifecycle delivery in workflow and rules driven software applications
  • A strong command of business analysis techniques including requirements gathering and documentation business outcomes user stories functional design process flows data analysis logical database design.
  • Able to demonstrate innovative problem solving ability to challenge the status quo and drive beneficial change.
