Job Overview:- 

The role of Technical Business Analyst is within the Build the Team of Operations Control and Cross Product Operations Technology. The team is geographically distributed in the various locations and the candidate will be expected to engage with all the team members with the good communication (verbal/writing) skills. The candidate will be working closely with Technology Team colleagues, Business Stakeholders and SMEs throughout the delivery lifecycle. We provide large corporate, government and institutional clients with a full spectrum of solutions to their strategic advisory, financing and risk management needs.This is a hands-on role and includes proactive involvement in the following aspects of Project: 

• Requirement Gathering;

• Data analysis / reporting

• Ad-hoc programming as required

• Participate on User Experience Design and Business Process Design;

• Working with Business to document BRDs;

• Writing Functional Specifications;

• Working with Development and Project Managers to build the project plan;

• Quality Management by writing Test Plans, Test Cases, and overseeing the testing;

• Scope Management;

• Resource Management;

• Stakeholder Management. 

8+ years of Business analysis experience with: Prior UX & Workflow Experience would be a plus; Working knowledge of Supervisory and regulatory processes Working knowledge of Operations / risk & regulatory control / reporting Experience within a large program. Experience with SQL Object oriented design familiarity Preferred Qualifications Strong background in Business Analysis within a banking environment (preferably investment banking) Experience in working under pressure but a structured governance driven environment
