Digital Engineering combines human centred design with modern delivery mythologies to deliver sustainable, scalable and secure enterprise digital products and solutions. We leverage deep specialisation in Microsoft, AWS and open source platforms to deliver cloud native applications and cloud integration solutions to assist clients with the digital transformation journey.

 Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities:

  • Working as a BA providing business expertise, critical analytical skills and initiative.
  • Engaging effectively with stakeholders, driving key relationships and assisting the clients to work out their requirements, in order to reach excellent outcomes for the business.
  • Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements, ensuring they are documented in the most appropriate method for the customer.
  • Facilitating workshops, conducting one on one interviews, process mapping and utilising other methods including developing User Stories, and likely working to Agile sprint cycles. 
  • Managing Requirement traceability across the initiative.
  • Coaching other Business analysts as they come on board on the requirement and guiding them as required.

Let’s talk about your capability and experience:  

  • Energy, enthusiasm and attention to detail!
  • A solid background as a BA or Senior BA in enterprise organisations.
  • The ability to walk into a client and confidently kick off the planning and delivery of the project business analysis.
  • You can capably demonstrate where you have used your initiative to help clarify and solve business problems with innovative ideas across a variety of project types and industries.
  • BA project experience within the Banking and Financial Services sector, Superannuation or Public Sector highly regarded.
  • Experience in Agile delivery model.
  • Ideally you are degree qualified, enjoy learning and further enhancing your industry knowledge and experience.
