Guidewire BA

 

•            
Partner with client technical and business teams to understand business
objectives and their functional as well as non-functional requirements

•            
Build requirements deliverables (functionality matrix, use cases, user
interface screen specifications, business rules, business process flows and
NFRs)

•            
Provide input on effort and impact associated with potential change requests

•            
Provide input to key solution design decisions

•            
Review test deliverables and confirm user experience

•            
Conduct gap analysis of business requirements with Guidewire Policycenter or
Billingcenter or ClaimCenter and educate the customer on level of configuration
need

•            
Produce estimates, functional requirements and non-functional requirements for
the project

•            
Ensure that the needed updates from each RSW/Pre-Fill/Elaboration session are
updated into the respective deliverables before that start of the next session

•            
Identify and escalate risks on the project

•            
Have good working knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter or Billing center or
Claimcenter

•            
Hands on experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio

•            
Conduct sessions to on-board developers and testers at the beginning of each
iteration and during the hand-off week in iterations

•            
Conduct the sessions with offshore team (during night time/different time
zones) to onboard and also during iterations to explain requirements and answer
queries

•            
Provide directions and guidance to testing team while building the test
conditions and expected results

•            
Work with integration developers to determine functional test approach for
integration development
