Business Analyst

Business Analysis, Consulting Business Analysis with One to Three Years experience.

Must be local to Philadelphia or Tri State and be willing to work from office after Covid 19

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze and determine source of system errors malfunctions job stoppages and program information to ensure that operation standards are met and upheld
  • Open incident tickets in internal and external ITSM tracking system
  • Identify and resolve system issues in order to maintain services enhance capabilities and prevent system outages
  • Report system problems to appropriate technical staff and confer with them to resolve production issues
  • Assist in development and drafting of operating instruction documents and data analysis methodologies for use by other personnel
  • Perform Third Level support for Help Desk Requests by resolving problems in a timely matter thoroughly documenting all requests and solutions and communicating with users to ensure adequate understanding of solutions
  • Apply problem solving and creative thinking skills to anticipate problems or identify new opportunities and make recommendations for change
  • Serve as the Knowledge Leader for all development issues regarding your projects Communicate project statuses to manager and appropriate personnel in a clear concise and timely manner
  • Keeps management well informed of area activities and of any significant problems
  • Ensures reports are completed accurately and timely
  • Highly self motivated and directed Keen attention to detail
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Experience working in a team oriented collaborative environment

Requirements

Computer Science or equivalent degree

Excellent communication skills
