Job Responsibilities

  • Excellent Communication Skills 
  • 5 to 8 Years of Experience as a Business Systems Analyst Data Analyst Technical hands on is mandatory 
  • Ability to work with Program Leadership Multiple Business partners understand overall vision gather requirements scope out prioritize work 
  • Product knowledge is mandatory on Disability Insurance and Absence Management 
  • Good to have FINEOS Application knowledge 
  • Work with technology group ability to break business use case in objective deliverables 
  • Experience in documenting Business problem track and manage requirements 
  • Excellent Data skills 
  • Good knowledge of SQL 
  • Ability to quickly analyze issue using database queries 
  • Performing Acceptance testing creating high level test scenarios and 
  • Experienced in Testing validation to certify desired outcome 

Technical Skills 

  • Strong SQL and database skills 
  • Strong experience in business analysis data discovery and profiling Data warehousing Background is prefferred 
  • Experience in write complex HIVE SQL queries 
  • Data modelling Creating Artifacts like Functional Specification documents Use case impact analysis documents To be as is models Data mapping documents Test case documentation 
  • Experience in integration multiple data source systems and creation of reference data mechanism 
  • Provide the root cause analysis for the problems identified in Production environment and provide the solutions 
  • Experience of working in Agile methodology 
  • Regularly contributing to the development of new concepts techniques and standards
