“CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR : Role & Responsibilities:
• Setting up of contract and commercial management processes for delivery team
• Managing contractual documentation
• Monitoring and managing contract compliance, including proactively working with internal stakeholders for compliance of contractual deliverables and obligations.
• Managing contract signing process and adhering to agreed timelines
• Understanding and interpretation of contractual wording
” “• Monitoring, preparation of contract dashboard and reporting.
• Engage with Delivery team for documentation of all important client communications and reports
• Monitoring, tracking and analysis of commercial and financial baselines
