Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible to Bid Manage pursuits

  • Provide best in class bid support to the sales community

  • Support in winning bids for SBU Participate in end to end bid management of medium large deals

  • Ensure that the win rate is maximized through the appropriate and timely engagement of sales commercial and subject matter experts in the bid process

  • Ensure the consistent application of the Company Bidding Guidelines to all the assigned pursuits

  • Manage and coordinate stakeholder relationships the Sales Marketing and Delivery organization

  • Part of a highly competent team of qualified self-managed professionals from diverse academic and professional backgrounds

Primary Skills

  • Experience 6 to 12 years Skills Preferably MBA Background ADM Delivery background but moved into sales pre sales with at least 2-3 yrs in Bid Mgmt pre sales exp

Secondary Skills

  • Ability to play an active role in contributing to the growth and future of the Application Services .
  • Opportunity to interface and network with the leadership and key decision makers
