Job Description

As a part of the Application Services Two (Continental Europe) Offshore Business Unit, the candidate will be responsible to Bid Manage pursuits from Application Services Two focus countries and/or focused accounts.

 – Provide best-in-class bid support to the sales community 
– Support in winning bids for SBU 
– Participate in end-to-end bid management of medium/ large deals 
– Ensure that the win rate is maximized through the appropriate and timely engagement of sales, commercial and subject matter experts in the bid process

Primary skill
– Ensure the consistent application of the “Capgemini Bidding Guidelines” to all the assigned pursuits 

Secondary skill
 Manage and coordinate stakeholder relationships the Sales, Marketing 

Note – Tier 1 and 2 Indian Pure Plays (e.g. Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Mahindra Satyam etc.) or Global IT companies (e.g. IBM, Accenture) based in India 
– Experience- min 8 to 10 yrs (SC2)
– Skills – Preferably MBA
– Background – ADM Delivery background but moved into sales/ pre-sales with at least 2-3 yrs in Bid Mgmt/ pre-sales exp
