Job Title:  BCM Sales Enablement

Location:  Chicago, NYC

Travel/Relocation/Remote:  Hybrid work model

 

Banking & Capital Markets (BCM) Sales Enablement is becoming an important part of our BCM Culture. This team is responsible for supporting and building momentum for key BCM strategy initiatives as well as ensuring that our sales enablement efforts deliver on our strategic goals as identified and agreed by BCM Leadership. This team is also responsible for deploying programs and initiatives that enable client-facing teams to execute the core aspects of their jobs more effectively. This directly contributes to sales efficiency bookings and revenue performance.

 

  • Coordination and alignment to the BCM Sales Office Work with sales leadership to develop execute optimize and assess enablement programs aligned to BCM Strategy
  • Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders
  • Serve as a liaison and build trusted relationships with Sales Marketing Alliances, MDE’s, GBL’s Practices, Sales Operations, and BCM Leadership
  • Coordination and oversight of the Sales Enablement Committee and associated initiatives
  • Develop mature and nurture BCM s Sales Enablement strategy and initiatives
  • Provide effective support and enablement to Sales Teams to develop and maintain process documents to enhance sales behaviors
  • Marketing coordination and support of BCM GTM strategy and other initiatives
  • Gather insights and collaborate with teams to execute initiatives that improve existing sales processes and sales knowledge which directly improves overall sales and bookings performance
  • Ability to strategize initiatives that will have the highest impact in alignment with our group strategy
  • Ability to anticipate roadblocks prioritize and meet completion deadlines Coordinate to provide the necessary tools knowledge and content to meet sales teams needs
  • Evaluate the potential to use data to track sales enablement metrics and KPIs contribute to the success of and demonstrate the business impact of the sales enablement function work to build data-driven enablement

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Excellent communication skills a fast learner and a creative thinker and active listener
  • Experience in Financial Services client-facing or revenue facing roles sales ops sales support or learning development roles is a plus
  • Knowledge of sales practices and methodologies and a strong understanding of the sales environment including sales content tools and training is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate with many different teams and personalities good negotiation skills
  • Ability to multi-task good time management and prioritization skills with attention to detail
  • Strategic data-driven thinkers use metrics and observation to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • CRM knowledge, PowerBI, and Project Management skills are a plus
  • Experience having a positive impact on business outcomes
