 Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities

  • Gather, validate and documenting business requirements.
  • Analyse the operating model, business processes and workflows with the objective of identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
  • Facilitate process workshops with key stakeholders and lead process redesign workshops to validate proposed solutions.
  • Creating functional specifications for solutions.
  • Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team.
  • Supporting business transition and help to establish change.

This role could be located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Canberra.

Let’s talk about your capability and experience:  

  • Must have 7-10 years’ hands-on banking experience on interpreting data, analyze results and provide ongoing reports
  • Ability to analyze large datasets
  • Data and system analysis to support the business and testing requirements
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design, data mining
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
  • Working alongside teams with business team to establish business needs
  • Strong expertise on product knowledge of market off the shelf products like Oracle/Axiom/Moody’s/SAS Analytical suite of applications, is an advantage
  • Infrastructure assessment and fulfillments
  • Knowledge of Linux/ Shell Scripting and SQL Scripting is a must
  • Understanding of SAS will be a plus
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting tools like Axiom, OBIEE will be an added advantage
