Capgemini Invent, the digital innovation, consulting, and transformation arm of the Capgemini Group, is looking for a senior member to our Banking practice in the Financial Services team. Our team seeks a new star, a banking specialist, with extensive experience and expertise in the current landscape as well as future developments, who understand the industry specific opportunities and challenges. What you’ll do (responsibilities in a nutshell):
Develop business growth opportunities and build solid client relationships by networking with stakeholders and engage in the banking top management (CxO’s)
Work with front edge business critical challenges, take leverage on the Capgemini Group’s partnerships and cutting-edge technology solutions to address solutions to our clients’ needs
Lead projects and programs to ensure the development, delivery and implementation of digital transformation, tools and processes, improving profitability of our customers operations
Be a key player, drive business development and influence the strategic direction by working as a senior member of the Banking practice to continuously improve our offerings
Proactively develop our internal expertise in collaboration with the local and global network of sector and functional experts
What you’ll bring:
Banking industry background and/or extensive experience (minimum 3 – 8 years) from business development/project management/consulting, having worked in a banking environment or at other financial institutions
Solid understanding of the technology roadmap, regulatory landscape and/or performance improvement agenda within the financial services industry in general and the banking sector in particular
In addition, you’ll have the following experience and personal attributes:
- Strong experience and track record from being a successful team manager, project leader or similar
- Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills to formulate concise conclusions and clear recommendations
- Dynamic mindset and ability to appreciate that the cup of coffee rarely is on the same desk
- High energy, leadership skills, team-spirit and networking skills, relationship building, strive to develop and humbleness
- A Master’s Degree in a relevant field
- Fluency in Swedish and English
The position is located at our main office in Stockholm, Kungsholmen, in a modern and light office space, with just a few minutes’ walk from T-Centralen, and with a panoramic view overlooking the city. Some readiness to travel for work on projects at our client sites, mainly located in Stockholm.
