Experience: 5 to 10 yrs

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide alliance back office support to US clients on emails and calls for various operational activities.
  • Updating THOR with sales updates
  • Preparing cost sheets monthly (AWS invoice process)
  • Activities related to CMD (updating documents, managing T-room)
  • Invoicing and application task
  • Generate various periodic and adhoc reports
  • Create new reports as requested by client

 

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Windows Office expertise: Well-versed in office suite (advanced Excel, SharePoint skills), knowledge of SFDC an added advantage.
  • Experience in Pdf edit and merge and Google for work would be ideal.
  • Ability to work with little direction; take complete ownership of activities, responsibilities and respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Tech background, strong knowledge would be ideal
  • Should be open to working in extended US hours
  • Quick learner and logical thinker
  • Good interpersonal, problem solving and reasoning skills
  • Good at doing follow ups and bringing open issues to closure
  • Ability to work proactively
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
