We have an urgent opening for Back Office Support (5-10 yrs) role for Mumbai location.

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs
- Provide alliance back office support to US clients on emails and calls for various operational activities.
- Updating THOR with sales updates
- Preparing cost sheets monthly (AWS invoice process)
- Activities related to CMD (updating documents, managing T-room)
- Invoicing and application task
- Generate various periodic and adhoc reports
- Create new reports as requested by client
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Windows Office expertise: Well-versed in office suite (advanced Excel, SharePoint skills), knowledge of SFDC an added advantage.
- Experience in Pdf edit and merge and Google for work would be ideal.
- Ability to work with little direction; take complete ownership of activities, responsibilities and respond to requests in a timely manner
- Tech background, strong knowledge would be ideal
- Should be open to working in extended US hours
- Quick learner and logical thinker
- Good interpersonal, problem solving and reasoning skills
- Good at doing follow ups and bringing open issues to closure
- Ability to work proactively
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
