 Let’s talk about the team:

Cloud Service Delivery (CSD) provides client advisory services in Project Delivery, Software Development, System Integration and DevOps leveraging a range of open source, proprietary and emerging technologies. We partner with our clients to develop their cloud strategy, cloud-native solutions, and iPaaS integration and event streaming solutions providing innovative insight and expertise from across our global capability.

 Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities: 

  • Working alongside Architects to design a solution that optimally utilises AWS services to deliver API microservices, ETL Batch processes and Data Streaming solutions to support client use cases, strategy and industry standards.
  • Working collaboratively with the Business Analyst to formalise the requirements and the Development team to implement solutions per the approved architecture and design

Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:  

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of design and development experience including 3+ years’ experience delivering applications and integrations on AWS Platforms
  • Certified AWS Solution Architect Associate
  • Demonstrable experience:
    • Integration Application Design experience with AWS services such as ECS, Fargate, API Gateway, Lambda, Step Functions, SQS, Glue, RDS, ETL, S3, Elastic File System
    • designing RESTful APIs and good knowledge of HTTP, MQ, SFTP, SOAP, JSON, XML and Java Springboot framework
    • applying integration design patterns and best practices (Real-time and Batch)
    • Solution Designing DevOps and CI/CD tools AWS Code Star
  • Knowledge of microservice architecture and design, API Management, API design (Swagger specifications, Event Bridge), Messaging Architecture and Orchestration, OOPs and Functional (AWS Lambda) languages, CI/CD (AWS Code Star), Containerisation (AWS ECS and Fargate), Identity and Access Management (Cognito, Key Management Service, OAUTH2 etc…), monitoring and application insights technologies (AWS Cloudwatch and Splunk)
  • Strong technical team lead skills and ability to work with co-located and distributed teams
  • Experience working in Telcom, Media and Entertainment domains
  • Strong communication, presentation and client engagement skills.
  • A drive for continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • Knowledge of TM Forum Processes is an added advantage
