  • Hands on experience on Avaya Red servers and it’s components
  • In Depth understanding on Avaya Communication Manager
  • In Depth understanding on Avaya Session Manager, System Manager
  • Hands on experience on Avaya CM, SM Configuration along with Vectors and VDN configurations
  • Agent Creation, Skill group, Network Region, Holiday Table
  • Avaya CM, SM Routing
  • In depth understanding on call flows
  • Troubleshooting Contact center call routing issues independently
  • Should have good knowledge on Avaya Adjuncts like AES, CMS, IX messaging and IX workplace

Primary Skills

  • In Depth understanding on Avaya Communication Manager
