Avaya Communication Engineer | 6 to 9 years | Hyderabad
- Escalation of all support issues from Telephony support frontline teams.
- Handle all tickets, change requests along with L1, L2 troubleshooting within a specified period and ensure closure of all tickets.
- Delivery of upgrades and enhancements as projects to existing telephony platform
- Programing of contact center IVR, call flows, VDN’s, Vectors.
- Avaya CM: Health Check, Alarm Check, MACD: Extensions, Agents, Val/ Gateways announcements, Media Gateways programming & Sync Check
- Basic IVR programming on VDN, Vector
- Avaya CMS: Health/ Alarm Check, MACD: User ID, Skill, VDN, Agent creation, CMS backup, Data Collection knowledge, MIS- Link status
- Basic L1, L2 troubleshooting on reports.
- Avaya Communication Manager 6.0 or later.
- Avaya Definity Prologix, Partner ACS, Avaya IP Office
