Avaya Communication Engineer | 6 to 9 years | Hyderabad

Job Description
  • Escalation of all support issues from Telephony support frontline teams.
  • Handle all tickets, change requests along with L1, L2 troubleshooting within a specified period and ensure closure of all tickets.
  • Delivery of upgrades and enhancements as projects to existing telephony platform
  • Programing of contact center IVR, call flows, VDN’s, Vectors.
  • Avaya CM: Health Check, Alarm Check, MACD: Extensions, Agents, Val/ Gateways announcements, Media Gateways programming & Sync Check
  • Basic IVR programming on VDN, Vector
  • Avaya CMS: Health/ Alarm Check, MACD: User ID, Skill, VDN, Agent creation, CMS backup, Data Collection knowledge, MIS- Link status
  • Basic L1, L2 troubleshooting on reports.

  • Avaya Communication Manager 6.0 or later. 
  • Avaya Definity Prologix, Partner ACS, Avaya IP Office 
  • G450, G700 G650 Gateways 
  • Avaya Call Center Elite.
