  1. Main Purpose:

Understand Functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Understand functional framework
  • Understand management strategy and get acquainted & well versed with internal tools
  • To be a valuable team player and contribute by following the directions of the supervisors.
  • Be actively involved in the team activities as and when required and set expectations for the work to be done both qualitatively and quantitatively.
  • Give valuable, innovative ideas to the process and check for the scope of further improvements.


  1. Main Responsibilities:


  • Efficiency
  • Get in depth knowledge of Immigration and Mobility aspects before handling cases.
  • Handling work permits, extensions & Local hires for assigned countries and filing the applications within the defined SLA with qualitative approach, avoid back and forth requirements from service providers
  • Response to employee / business queries within 24 hours with accurate information.
  • Understand the calculations & validations of minimum salary wage.


  • Effectiveness
  • Qualitative preparation of the WP / Petition as per the countries immigration requirement
  • Collaboration with local HR for local hires, service providers on status updates, SLA monitoring,
  • Communication with service providers on immigration changes in rule and regulations and updating the SOP document accordingly


  • Compliance
  • Ensure maintenance of all WP fresh, extension approval and RP card copies for all the assignees
  • De-registration of RP / work permit with Immigration authorities
  • Ensure there are no overstay / illegal stay by the assignees in host country
  • Maintaining the minimum salary wage report for all the assignees vs actual paid


  • Report & MIS
  • Updating and maintenance of 100 % data accuracy in all aspects on real time basis (AIMS, SP tracker, APRO)
  • Providing WP status updates to employees & business managers in frequent intervals.
  • Notifying the employees well in advance (3 months prior) to file the extension application (if prolongation is required)
  • Maintaining a track of Extension approvals and all documents of the assignee in AIMS, APRO


  • Quality & Process Improvement
  • Contributing by providing valuable ideas in creation of SOP, FAQ document for the assigned countries. Making necessary updating in these document as per the regulatory changes.


  • Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Participate and attend the CSR activity scheduled by the CSR team – minimum 1 or more
