The Audience Manager will be responsible for realizing the full potential of the DMP He she works together with our client marketing teams to identify key audiences engagement strategies measurements and develop insights that will deliver growth in acquisition and retention through our online marketing channels The key contribution of the role is to create a better connection and engagement between the brand and consumers using data as the creative inspiration Key Responsibilities Lead the DMP practice and responsible for P L Drive DMP functionality and its value use and importance across our financial services clients Strive to continuously improve the DMP proposition coordinating data across a range of 1st 2nd and 3rd party data sources Help identify and create custom segments to be used by a range of clients Analyze performance of campaigns and sharing insights with the wider organization Maintaining taxonomy and classifying behaviors Analysis of audience data to find new interesting segments Work together with our media agencies ensuring full adoption on their end Manage daily weekly monthly reporting for overall campaign performance as well as one off requests Partner with external agency as the key contact and continue to translate the overall strategy Leverage channel data and industry developments to identify and execute tests enhance reporting and identify key levers and opportunities to implement optimization to improve performance Analyze current processes continuously and seek opportunities to automate where possible to improve the efficiency of the display and social channels Knowledge Skills and Abilities Prior DMP experience is essential e g Adobe Audience Manager Krux BlueKai etc Deep understanding of advertising technologies targeting and data collection An advanced knowledge of Web Analytics especially Google Analytics and or Adobe Analytics with proven experience of generating insight from business web analytics data Clear view on how media channels work together to create a cohesive personalized marketing experience A commercially minded individual ability to understand the commercial imperatives behind the data needs Strong analytical problem solving and critical thinking skills Experience in programmatic marketing and database software SQL is highly preferred Experience in A B testing is a plus Ability to effectively partner with 3rd party external agencies other partners Experience and interest in managing and motivating others both directly and indirectly An interest in working with internal stakeholders and external agencies to establish efficient and scalable processes Strong English language written and verbal communication skills Good relationship building skills an ability to create rapport Strong time management planning and organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills Advanced computer skills proven experience in Excel Strong communication and presentation skills confidence speaking in groups and putting forth one s perspective Qualifications Bachelor or Master s degree required 10 15 years of online marketing experience Strong analytical and commercial skills are the priority Knowledge of and experience working within a DMP
