are looking for a passionate and self-motivated professional with a good
understanding of the Enterprise Integration domain to support presales and
solution architecture. The candidate should be a customer facing expert who can
connect with IT leadership at all levels to define Middleware Strategy and

candidate will have:

11 years of IT industry experience, with at least 5+ years of
selling/positioning consulting services for SOA/BPM/Middleware based
transformational initiatives.At
least 5+ years of hands on architecture and design experience using leading
Middleware/BPM stacks like Tibco, Oracle, Software AG / webMethods, IBM,
MuleSoft etc.Demonstrable
experience in the areas of Application Integration, process discovery,
requirements management and solution architecture and design (focus on
Middleware, B2B/EDI, iPaaS, BPM, and SOA).Should
have thorough understanding of integration techniques and architectures
specific to leading Enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle Ebusiness
Suite, JD Edwards, Siebel, SalesForce, Workday, ServiceMax, Maximo etc.Must
be familiar and comfortable in the domains of BPM, Application Integration,
Business rules, Business event, Enterprise Content Management, Streaming
Analytics based technologies and be able to lead teams in developing end to end
middleware based solutions.Ability
to lead Architectural White-boarding session, Requirements Gathering and
Solution design sessions.Ability
to lead proposal development from requirement gathering to scoping, effort
estimation, staffing using global delivery model, Risk management etc.Excellent
written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate with all

them to closure. Should be able to work collaboratively with Vertical Sales
Teams and Delivery teams for – solution design and proposition, commercial
structuring and Engagement plan.

Retail, Healthcare, Life Sciences, High-tech, B&FS, Insurance etc would be
a big plus.Exposure
to Cloud based PaaS solutions like MuleSoft, AWS, Dell Boomi, etc would be a
big plus.
