Product
& Engineering Services Business Unit provides Engineering Outsourcing &
Consulting services to global product companies in different industry sectors –
ISV, Medical Devices, Storage & Networking and Automotive. ISV sector is
focused & engaged in providing product engineering services including
design, development, testing, digital technologies, integration, cloud and
technology enablement, etc.

We
are looking for a passionate and self-motivated sales/client partner
professional with strong industry connects and understanding of the Product
Engineering Services Outsourcing for ISV’s. The candidate will need to
demonstrate industry knowledge and a strong industry network. The candidate
must also have experience in selling engineering and product development/
support services.

Your
role will be based out of the Bay Area / San Francisco and responsibilities
will include

Acquiring
new client logos within ISV sectorDevelop
and execute plans to drive new account winsCarrying
revenue & margin targets and be responsible for driving new client account
winsResponsible
for building and nurturing Senior Management relationships in the Engineering
organizations within prospective client accountsResponsible
for defining ISV Products GTM strategy, markets trends together with ISV Sector
HeadWork
with Project Delivery team in ensuring smooth execution of client
projects/programsClosely
coordinate with global delivery team to ensure goals are metParticipate/
represent in conferences, industry events, analyst interactions

Required
Skills / Experience

10+
years of experience, with a clear track record of opening new accounts and
successfully managing and growing large Tier 1 type accountsMinimum
of four years’ experience with large, global services providerMust
have strong understanding / experience of Product Engineering Services
Outsourcing Market, ISV Products and Cloud service companiesOverall
experience should include business development, account management, contract
negotiation, making effective presentations, creating collaterals,
presentations and PoVs for specific problem statements of customersMust
have experience working in global delivery modelMust
have a strong Industry & Client contacts with CTO, VP of Product
Engineering, VP of Product Development in large & Fortune 500 ISV Product
companiesStrong
customer interfacing experienceExcellent
communication and ability to work in teamsReady
to travel extensively in the North America region
