Job Description

Understand the complete Recruitment cycle and ensure the fulfillment and of the demand liaising with, Practice Staffing / BU Staffing / Account Staffing Lead and Recruiting

• Ensure demands are fulfilled as per the SLA
• Provide weekly and monthly updates on demand progress against the Fulfillment Plan to internal and external Clients
• Participate in the discussions with Business units, practices and recruitment to understand the overall Fulfillment strategy / approach being agreed
• Document and publish Fulfillment Plan with inputs from practices and recruitment
• Regular follow up with Recruitment/Practice for building the proactive supply
• Building rapport with the client and managing client interviews, provide timely feedback to Recruitment for offer release
• Drive forums with operational leadership and manage day to day fulfillment issues and risks
• Ensure fulfillment for the Account from within the available resource pool, roll offs, proactive hiring across regions
• Keep a close tab on resource movement across region and also within the BU/account where there are requirements/needs across location
• Ensure adherence to supply chain processes and encourage system usage throughout the fulfillment cycle
• Managing the Candidates connect programs for all the offered candidates of the accounts
