Title: Salesforce Architect
Job Type: FTE
Must have :
• Strong salesforce Technical skills, Lighting Component Skills, SF Admin/Dev cert
• Has led several project including Lightning components
• Has already led Offshore teams
• Familiar with POCs, UI design.
Good to have :
• Has delivered one or more Lightning migration
• Has participated in solution definition phases, interacted with business analyst, can contribute to functional requirement gathering
• Works closely with the Salesforce Architect in designing and implementing the solution
• Organizes the dev stream and provide status to the PM
• Identifies risks/issues and escalate them if required
• Provides leadership and guidance to the offshore developers.
