Architect – End User Services

You will be a part of the Capgemini Cloud & Edge Projects and Consulting Practice that is primarily responsible for providing client centric Public & Private Cloud, End User productivity and IoT oriented services. It provides a variety of client services, which range from initial strategic advice right through to project delivery & implementation. You can be based in our office in Stockholm or Malmö.

The Role

In this role you can expect to:

  • Design and realize solutions across the End User Services portfolio.
  • Enhance and implement EUS and infrastructure to support the requirements of the clients with an eye for continual improvement, including speed of delivery and user experience.
  • Work with other technology teams to streamline effective processes and drive continuous improvement for EUS infrastructure and support.
  • Architect, design and manage the software distribution platforms along with the governance of software deployment.
  • Definitions and creation of EUS roadmaps
  • Identify and drive areas for service improvements in conjunction with the managed service provider
  • Keep abreast of developments within the IT Industry that EUS are kept in line with defined or emerging industry standards.

Qualifications

We are looking for a person with:

  • University degree within IT
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience delivering EUS services
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver detailed technical documentation
  • Strong knowledge of design and architecture of client and server systems with a recent emphasis on virtualization and cloud
  • Technical skills required including:
    • Windows 10 design, architecture and deployment methodologies
    • SCCM or End point manager
    • Experience with architecting, deploying and supporting Microsoft Modern Management platforms including InTune, SCCM Cloud Management Gateway, Windows Autopilot, Windows as a Service, Azure Portal and others
    • Active directory, GPO’s, user profile management
    • Citrix and other remote / virtual desktop technologies
  • Demonstrates initiative and the ability to accomplish aggressive project goals when necessary
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and developing flexible solutions to meet evolving business requirements
  • Skills in a Nordic language is meritorious
  • Ability to obtain security clearanceis essential for this role.
