Job Description:

Configurations and minor updates for various ServiceNow modules i e Change Management, Incident Management, Contract Management, Asset Management etc

Data Imports a Create update transform maps for importing data into ServiceNow b Import data into various tables using new existing transform maps

Support for ServiceNow Portal including Onboarding module

Support for Service Catalog a Create update service catalog categories b Create update delete catalog items

Facilitate and implement French translation for ServiceNow portal and service catalog

Create update reports and report schedules

Users and User Groups Administration

Other admin development work as assigned

Monitoring investigation and resolution of ServiceNow incidents related to the above areas

Lead QA UAT efforts for ServiceNow projects

Lead ServiceNow version upgrades

Configure and support Automated Test Framework

Other duties as assigned Work will be assigned through ServiceNow service requests incidents user stories

In cases where further explanation is required Support person will participate in Northbridge meetings to discuss an Incident or Service Request

Participation in project meetings and weekly status meetings is required

Meeting participation will be held remotely via Microsoft Teams
