"7+ years of Siebel experience
Prior experience designing Siebel environment for optimal performance, failover and scalability
5+ years of with installing, configuring and administering Siebel applications
5+ years of performance tuning of Siebel implementations
5+ years of system monitoring (Sitescope, HP Openview) and application performance management tools (Splunk or DCRUM or DynaTrace)
Experience with Siebel EAI integrations (Webservices, VBC, JMS, MQ)"
