·         The Transition and Transformation Lead directs the Transition team members and provides thought leadership to strategize with the management team.

Role Description



·         Lead the Transition Management Group



·         Transform Organizational Processes to be followed by projects under Transition.

·        Align to Group transition practices

·         Review Transition Policies and Guidelines.

·         Review the processes, checklists, templates, baselines etc.

·         Review the Transition approach, methodology, assumptions, solution etc. proposed in the RFP by the Sales Support and Sign-off.

  • Bring in changes to the existing processes and methodology.

·         Participate in overall Transition approach / plans.

·         Participate in client presentation to provide Transition approach / methodology.

  • Work closely with the client on transformation roadmaps.

·         Periodic review of all Transitions.

·         Escalation point if Transitions are not progressing as planned.

·         Circulate a Dashboard of status of Transition projects to BU/SBU Heads

·         Review of Transition Metrics and chalk out improvements.

·         Prepare Transition collateral

·         Grow transition Team. Build organizational competencies.

·         Work with transition managers globally to create a global community and take initiatives for standardization.

·         Develop and conduct training for transition group.
