Roles & Responsibilities:

Required Operational, Soft and Behavioral skills:


  • Support global customers online using RDP, Skype, Remote assistance
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and troubleshooting the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Responds to telephone calls, email and dispatched requests for technical support
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Product knowledge and hands on experience in troubleshooting client issues related to the below technologies
  • Able to work extended and flexible hours in 24×7 support environment
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
  • Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution
