3-5 Years Experience in Sales Performance Analysis or Finance Domains with direct client interaction

MBA with experience

Primary Skills

  • Sales Performance / Sales Compensation / Revenue Analytics exposure
  • Excel & PowerPoint (Expert), VBA (Intermediate), MS Access (Intermediate), Tableau (Intermediate), Exposure to Salesforce (Beginner) , Exposure to Optymyze / other Compensation Management systems
  • Fluent English communication skills (Oral, Written and Presentation)
  • Ability to independently work with clients, understand requirements, plan projects end to end
  • Ability to adapt & work in an unstructured & ambiguous environment

Secondary Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive Attitude & Willingness to put that extra effort to exceed expectations
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously balancing project work with high-priority requests for US based clients

Job Responsibilities

Sales Performance Analytics

  • Deliver detailed analysis in the areas of sales performance analytics, compensation analysis and sales pipeline analysis
  • Conceptualize, develop, interpret, and analyze metrics/measures for sales performance and incentive compensation areas
  • Perform analytics of data and information from multiple structured and unstructured sources and work/follow-up with client stakeholders to ensure data is accurate and complete
  • Develop a good understanding of client business, sales reporting to improve and optimize current process and produce insightful analytics packages for the client

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Independently communicate with client and other external and internal stakeholders for regular delivery/analysis and projects
  • Understand requirements, set clear expectations and deliver on client request for analysis
  • Proactively recommend new analysis / insights to client
  • Present detailed statistical data and analysis in a clear, concise, easy to digest format
  • Demonstrate mature judgment and discretion in handling of confidential information
