Agile Coach

Focus of the role:

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join our Application Development and Maintanence practice within Capgemini FS. The successful candidate will work on an exciting project with one of our high profile Investment Banking clients. 

What you’ll do:

  • Coaching teams through their Agile journeys from Agile awareness, maturity, assessment to Agile implementation, adaptation and optimization.
  • Train and coaching agile teams adopt best engineering practice, CICD DevOps in various technologies and preferably in the Financial Services industry domain. 
  • Provide guidance on best practices and team improvement for newly setup Agile teams.
  • Provide coaching to the scrum team and one on one coaching of the Scrum Master, to ensure that all ceremonies are followed such as Product, Backlog, Grooming, Sprint, Planning, Daily Stand up, Sprint, Review, Sprint Retro. 
  • Hands-on experience with Scrum Master roles with disciplined Agile Delivery framework. 
  • Act as a facilitator and Servant Leader who encourages and demands self-organization from the development team. 
  • Enables close cooperation across all roles and functions. 
  • Addresses resource issue and disobedience of scrum practices. 
  • Removes impediments so the team can focus on the work at hand and follow scrum practices. 
  • Understand clearly the team direction and ensure the use of best practice.
  • Mobilize the resources towards the agreed deliveries. 
  • Work with other scrum master members to leverage knowledge synergy around for efficiency. 
  • Provide regular update report on the scrum team performance delivery. 
  • Creating and Managing the project plan. 
  • Provide continuous improvement on the process.

What you’ll bring:

  • Well accustomed to representing ideas in terms of graphics and videos. 
  • Good writing skills in terms of business documents and communications. 
  • Good Scrum of Scums meeting facilitating skills.
  • Proven experience delivering projects that requires coordination of multiple cross functional teams. 
  • Ability to influent progress and priorities with internal IT groups. 
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing a software package as an Agile Coach.
  • Coaching at different levels such as team and multi team to organization especially in Financial industry domain experience.
