Job Title: Adobe Analytics and Personalization Technical Lead

Subject Matter Expert on Adobe Analytics leading technical implementation and strategic guidance.
Provide thought leadership for Digital Analytics Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities integrating business knowledge with technical solutions.
Ability to demonstrate strong technical leadership internally and to clients.
Demonstrate broad technical leadership impacting significant technical direction exerting influence outside of the immediate team and driving change. Setup reporting dashboards per business requirements.
Coordinate with Adobe Technical Support to resolve user issues Conduct periodic status meetings with the Adobe account representative.
Testing various developed web sites and applications for correct code implementation and advising the developers on improvements such as
o Designing tag management architecture
o Coordinating tags tracking parameter implementations
o Use and advocate the use of web standards and all modern web technologies including event driven data layers and single page applications
o Understand business users needs and translate them to technical requirements for implementation. Develop and enforce implementation standards and frameworks for other front end developers to follow.
Hands on knowledge with user behavior tracking systems and methodologies. Identifying key needs or gaps and provide leadership to close those gaps.
Documentation relating to existing processes.
Continuous Improvement of processes.
Provide training to new users on how to report data using Adobe Analytics
Work in a global delivery model driving delivery and communication with multi site teams
Bachelor s Degree 7 years broad experience in Analytics 4 years experience in Adobe Analytics
Digital analytics experience in high traffic web environment and site testing
Strong technical design and architectural skills
Expert hands on knowledge with tagging and analytics perspective in Adobe Reporting Analytics following modules o Analytics o Launch o Workspace
Should have strong analytical and problem solving skills
Having worked on major large scale consumer facing sites
Knowledge and experience with Adobe Target is a plus
The ability to balance needs of multiple constituents to ensure program delivery and quality control to meet the organizational needs
