Our Customer Experience Technologies (CXT) team is one of Capgemini’s fastest growing advisory practices. We partner with our clients on strategic issues relating to Digital Strategy and Transformation to achieve business benefits and produce best in class Digital products, as is evident in Capgemini’s recent win in the Digital Transformation space.

 

Within our Adobe team we are continually driving customer value, by leveraging the power of the Adobe Experience Cloud Platform. Our focus areas are:

  • Multi Cloud – transforming customer interactions through the power of the entire Adobe Experience Cloud, including Marketing, Analytics, Advertising and Commerce Clouds.
  • Enterprise Integration and Deployment – enabling large scale digital transformation on the Adobe Experience Cloud Platform for Tier 1 Enterprise clients through integration with back-office systems to deliver a complete unified digital experience
  • Digital Agility – delivering agile and timely enhancements and additional capabilities on the Adobe Experience Cloud Platform whilst reducing the time-to-value through CI/CD and DevOps.

 

Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities: 

As a UI Developer, you will work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Adobe community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements. In this role you’ll be:

  • Working closely with our UX Designers, taking their UX wireframes and converting this to the working HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
  • Analysing, designing, coding and testing solutions and debugging front-end applications when necessary.
  • Experience on latest progressive web application architecture pattern like Model – View – ViewModel (MV*).
  • Designing process and creating front-end workflows.
  • Involved in designing and developing code using tools such as Visual Studio, VS code, Brackets, Notepad++, Eclipse.

 

What we’re looking for in you…

What we’re looking for in our UI Developers would be your:

  • 4+ years of experience in HTML, CSS , Javascript and Jquery
  • Strong experience of working with AEM in terms of Front End Development
  • Experience working in HTL (Sightly Templating Language)
  • Understanding on SEO Best Practices 
  • Experience working in one or more JS frameworks like react, angular and vue JS
  • Worked on CSS frameworks like SASS and LESS
  • Strong experience working in responsive design and cross browser/device
  • Awareness of accessibility requirements – WCAG & W3C standards
  • Experience around tools for Version Control, Branching and Code Management in AEM, like Jenkins and BitBucket
