Strong
skills to effectively interface with client executives and multi-task teams
Demonstrated consulting skills, including client relationships and team
facilitation

Well-developed
organizational and interpersonal communications skills excellent verbal and
written communication skills, such as meeting facilitation, presentation and
documentation

Should be
able to understand CRM terms and processes

 

Role
Specific Skills:

Able to define use cases around upsell and cross sell opportunities 1+
Experience working with Adobe Campaign Platform

Experience
& Exposure Required:

Exhibit
good understanding of the business domain and of business goals

Apply strong
facilitation, communication, analytic and conflict management skills

Should be
able to modify/understand complex SQL queries generated by Adobe Campaign

 

Desirable
Skills:

Bachelor’s
degree.
