We are looking for an experienced profile with a track record of high performance and proven capabilities to take a position as Account Executive in Industries Sector. Industries cover subsectors Financial Services, Telco/Media/Technology, General Services and Energy & Utility.

Account Executive, Industries
As Account Executive you are the driver in a complex playing field across defined subsectors in Industries, orchestrating and promoting the best of Capgemini portfolio towards defined accounts of both existing and prospect logos. You take hands-om lead as well as guide and support collaborating practice teams to achieve ambitious targets, and you will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships with our customers and build forward-looking partnerships.

Your mission is to grow your territory across all Service Lines. Targeted subsectors for this role include Financial Services and General Services.

For customer management you will:

  • take hands-on lead on own account portfolio

  • anticipate business needs and manage definitions of Capgemini’s value proposition roadmap

  • manage complex customer situations and overall customer satisfaction

  • organize Win/Loss review with the customer

For sales management you will:

  • carry an ambitious sales quota

  • own the GTM sales plan for your territory and ensure a consistent pursuit by involved team members

  • manage your sales pipeline and strive for predictive accuracy and regularly report on performance

  • lead all Market Sales, Deal Makers, Expert Sales, Bid Managers and all necessary pre-sales resources to grow your TOP clients in the account portfolio in accordance with Capgemini leadership expectations
