Account Executive-Health Insurance


We are looking for an experienced Account Executive/Business Development Executive  with domain expertise in the Health Insurance vertical for our North American market.  The primary function of this role is to engage with clients in a strategic way, discussing key initiatives, bringing domain expertise and growing our partnership.


In this role, you will

Be responsible for strategy, planning & execution of business development activities to expand our  business within  key accounts  and help us grow our business base. 

Engage with our Technology leaders and solution experts to deliver cutting edge solutions to clients.

Focus on expanding our portfolio of solutions & professional services in that account

Be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, and will have a combination of new business development and existing business expansion responsibilities.

Pro-actively introduce solutions / ideas to clients to help improve their business performance.


You  will have the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment with high degree of access to senior management.  These opportunities are highly visible within the organization and require experienced Account Managers / Client Partners from Big 4 or IT Consulting firms.  We need experienced individuals that can clearly demonstrate success in expanding existing client partnerships.


The ideal candidate will have:


Experience in a large management consulting firm or Fortune 500 company

Proven track record of developing new business and securing new clients

Experience of managing  large programs or outsourcing agreements

Executive-level engagement experience 


Domain experience

Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills

Role requires strong entrepreneurial skills to manage the overall account like a business sales support, delivery management, staff management

Versatile in being able to play a variety of roles as requested by the Health Insurance Business Unit
