An overview of the role
Are you passionate about information security? Do you have demonstrable experience of delivering security assured projects and services to client organisations? Would you relish putting these skills into practice by taking on a role within Capgemini to protect us and one of our largest defence sector client accounts from security and cyber threats?
As the Account CISO, you will be responsible for assuring the information security and delivery of Capgemini’s projects and services to our client. These projects and services span a range of capabilities requiring flexibility of approach, from which you will be rewarded through exposure to new challenges and opportunities.
You will have the opportunity to interact with a truly global team of security professionals, from Architects to Engineers, from Security and Compliance Managers to Developers, but that outreach doesn’t just stop at security; we actively encourage our staff to engage with other areas of the business and local communities.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about information security, and has experience driving and delivering security projects and services within organisations. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills; someone who can build and maintain effective working relationships with C-level stakeholders. We hope to find someone who enjoys working collaboratively, who is open to sharing knowledge and helping others.
Responsibilities will include:
• Assuring that all Account deliveries are fully compliant with client and Capgemini security requirements
• Providing advice on how the Account deliveries should be advanced
• Driving use of best practice and continuous improvement across the account deliveries
• Developing and maintaining senior information security relationships across client stakeholders
• Establishing yourself as the trusted information security advisor to the client
• Hold, or be working towards, a relevant security qualification such as CISM, CISSP, GSLC (GIAC), CCP (ISSM), GIS
• A working knowledge of ISO standards (e.g. ISO 27001) or similar frameworks such as PCI-DSS, CyberEssentials.
UK Government Security Clearance is mandatory. If you do not already hold Security Clearance, Capgemini is support you in your application for Security Clearance before you start in this role.
