Job Responsibilities

Ab Initio Sr. Architect /CoE lead with exposure to entire product suite.

At least 12+ years of hands-on Ab Initio experience.

Ab Initio products include Graph development (both batch and online) using GDE, Conduct>IT plans, Operations console, Metadata Hub, Express>IT.

Very strong in PDL, Meta-programming and DML expressions.

Overall very sound skills on Unix, database and Hadoop eco-system (desirable).

Exposure on any of Ab Initio frameworks/solutions like TFW, Acquire>IT, CEP etc. will be desirable.
Ability to conceptualize and create solutions is a must including doing POCs at short notice and demonstrating to stake-holders.

Managerial Skills: Ability to articulate and present solutions to both internal and external stake-holders.

Very strong communications skills.

Must have led large Ab Initio teams in a CoE model.

Develop new talents by hiring, training and expanding capability.

Work with diverse teams to ensure demand fulfillment, delivery management, solution reviews.

Should be able to work on outcome based models
