Job DescriptionThis person will partner with the members of the CDAO Transformation team other coaches and transformation leads to assist teams in CDAO in transitioning to a more Agile way of working This includes developing and facilitating training sessions coaching teams on principles practices behaviors and mindsets along with participating in other initiatives to assist driving the maturity across the organization Knowledge Experience Agile Lean Human Centered Design Scrum Kanban Jira experience a plus Skills Coaching teams meeting them where they are Meeting and training facilitation
