Capgemini is seeking Digital Program Director
Program Director is a Seasoned Delivery lead with experience delivering with large multi site teams. Should have managed End to End Digital Projects.
•Strong knowledge of and experience managing projects in Digital Transformation programs Preferred Program Platform experience Adobe Stacks Salesforce Marketing Cloud Content management systems
•Strong project management knowledge and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a calm and effective way
•Planning and executing detailed project management and delivery plans ensuring successful delivery monitoring cost quality and client satisfaction
•Responsible for overall engagement and delivery of the program
•Communicating client needs to our internal and external developers and coders to ensure we deliver high quality projects that meet and exceed client s expectations
•Helping to define and deliver scope schedules resourcing requirements project objectives project deliverables and key target milestones
•Owning the quality control team communication client engagement risk identification and mitigation processes
•Supporting client workshops gathering requirements and working closely with the technical and marketing teams
•Management of project resourcing and commercials including forecasting time management and invoicing
•Understanding business KPIs and mapping to functional technical use cases and solutions to help customers meet their objectives
•Experience in delivering large programs with multiple teams vendors across several LOBs Enterprise wide programs 6 years of working in Digital programs
•Top notch program management reporting delivery leadership people management and presentation skills
•Should be able to hold a conversation with Executive leadership levels
•Strong ability to understand technical concepts and development process Proven track record of managing medium and large projects concurrently
•Strong communication and negotiation skills with a collaborative mind set Ability to manage on site and remote teams across various time zone
