Job Description:

  • Responsible for supporting the Practice in staffing Client Serving needs and opening roles to other fulfillment channels (e.g. procurement).
  • Collaborate on staffing plans, define sourcing strategies for fulfillment in conjunction with the Practice / Capability.   
  • Create demand in systems
  • Maintains Demand Fulfillment data in our internal system, manage candidate workflow data and status with accounts, drive Past Due /Aged Past Due resolution
  • Participate in Geo-based staffing calls with PU leaders and GTM team 
  • Understand inventory of <150 FTE’s and identifies potential opportunities in demand pipeline 
  • Supports Practice in staffing CSS to projects across Geos as needed 
  • Supports Practice in drafting of Geo-level Supply Plan 
  • Maintain Resource updates
  • Follow-up on roll-off dates 
  • Maintain forms and logs for ERM and Recruiting approvals required for PSC Leadership 
  • Facilitate, process, and maintain tracker for ERM replacements/swaps/conversions 
  • Facilitate connections to other Global Business Line when staffing direction is needed 
  • Manage forecast/utilization ensuring forecast to actual compliance and productive use of bench time for resources
  • Compile, enter and maintain forecast and skill data in the system and resume database
  • Create and maintain Strategic/Supply Plan needs in line the Practice created Supply Plan that that are prioritized with experienced hiring to ensure on time fulfillment
  • Support/Guide Capability teams – bench, demand, reporting, calls
  • Build strong relationships with Practice leadership and resources

Key Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a related role (Capacity, Recruiting or HR) in a matrixed environment
  • Experience performing work to achieve objectives with minimal guidance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience identifying and prioritizing issues and developing alternative solutions pertaining to            individual functional area
  • Ability to multitask across various job functions in a timely manner without direction
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Advanced level Microsoft Business Suite (not lifted to processing data, pivot tables, charts and VLOOKUP’s)
  • Expert understanding of requirement quality in an IT consulting company. 
    Having the ability to identify the difference between a developer, engineer, architect or project manager.
