Martech and Data Product Owner   – Customer First:
Practice Overview:
The Customer First Practice within Capgemini’s Insights and Data Group helps clients to evolve and transform what they offer, how they operate, and how they acquire, engage and retain their customers using Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. We aim to help clients across various industries generate growth by becoming a Customer Centric Data-driven Organizations. Our audiences notably include CMO, CDO, CEO or Chief Experience Officers.
Qualifications:
•4+ years of experience leading product efforts as a product owner and/or product manager in an agile environment
•Strong product acumen to build an outstanding product vision and a product roadmap to achieve it
•Knowledge of the digital marketing and analytics ecosystem (e.g. Adobe, Google, Salesforce, Oracle)
•Knowledge of building products leveraging cloud computing big data, data science and advanced analytics 
•Deep knowledge of state-of-the art product management tools and frameworks (e.g. creating wireframes, writing user stories, and developing acceptance criteria with the team, refining product backlogs)
•Knowledge and understanding of best practices in technical product development (e.g. test-driven development, continuous integration)
•Strong drive to relentlessly prioritize and align with team members, business and IT stakeholder and to ensure the highest value is delivered
•Proficiency in approaches to user research and design thinking methodologies
•Excellent analytics skills to constantly analyze customer feedback and data
•Strong coaching mindset, ability to train and develop team members into product roles, and understanding of a modern product organizational structure
•Excellent communication skills to engage with both senior business executives as well as designers, software engineers, data scientists, architects, and data engineers
•University degree in computer science, business, information technology, human centered design, or other technical disciplines

What you will do:

You will be a core member of the consulting team with responsibilities that range from shaping the product vision, strategic designs, to managing and transforming agile product and leadership teams.  In this role you will engage in some of the most challenging business problems our customers are facing. These projects can range from developing new digital marketing platforms, establishing marketing centers of excellence, big data and analytics at scale, personalization at scale, to consumer facing app development.  In each situation as a Product Lead you will typically be at the center of the problem solving, advising clients on how to successfully execute on their strategic vision with digital means.
You will be well versed in all aspects of product development processes and technology.  You will be at the intersection of business strategy, client implementation, and you’ll be responsible for translating abstract visions into reality, while managing client expectations and project deliverables/timelines.
You also be proficient in all aspects of agile deliverables required for a technology team to build beautiful products.  This includes hands on development of wireframes, user stories, story prioritization, product KPIs, monitoring/tracking, and go-to-market strategies

 

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Software Engineers perform requirements analysis.  They then design, develop or maintain the physical application (components) or the application environment, based on the Software Architecture (models and principles). Activities include coding, integrating, implementing, installing or changing frameworks and standard components, or technical and functional application management. A Software Engineer also develops languages, methods, frameworks and tools, and/or undertakes activities in support of server-based databases in development, test and production environments.

  

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

 

You are a specialist in enterprise-wide Software Engineering technology, including all its processes, languages, databases, frameworks and tools. You act as a stream lead on complex international engagements and you are proficient at analyzing and assessing commercial benefits. You contribute to multiple winning bids and are a technical lead on a significant bid. You are successful at winning pull-through or add-on business to existing accounts and have strong knowledge of at least two service offers. You are an active coach and mentor who helps in coaching others through the Software Engineering & Architecture certification process.  You actively participate in the ongoing development of SE&A certification programs and lead briefings or training sessions.

 

 

• Qualification: 12+ years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certification: Should have SE level 2 and is seeking SE Level 3.
• Must have experience in Software Engineering, Data Management, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge & Testing
