Job Description:
We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to assist our Talent Acquisition team.  Candidates must be self- motivated and detail-oriented and great at solving ambiguous problems, we want to hear from you.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and stakeholders
Coordinate in office and local events for the GEO Recruiting Team
Work with stakeholders to obtain feedback
Help coordinate H-1B information
Collect data for reports
Put together welcome notes for new hires
Review job description formats in Taleo as needed
Serve as an assistant with sourcing as time allows and participate in sourceathons
Help with miscellaneous recruiting functions

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
1+ year of professional experience
Highly detailed  
Ability working within an ambiguous environment
Experience with Microsoft Office tools 
Relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Professional communication skills – written, oral and interpersonal
Good organizational, multi-tasking and time management
 

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
