Demonstrates high performance leadership standards and builds/develops high-performance teams –10+ years leading direct and indirect teams
•    15+ years of progressive master data experience in both strategic and tactical roles
•Experience in AWS platform .
•    Demonstrated data literacy/change management experience – ability to influence others to modify behaviors and provide support for the adoption of data governance policies
•    Proven experience working with multiple databases and handson experience in AWS area.
•    Experience organizing and leading effective cross functional teams to inclusively develop sustainable solutions to resolve data quality issues
Responsible for Enterprise Data Model: Conceptual data models, logical data models, and solution data models.
•       Good Knowledge on HVR Architecture on cloud or on-premise environment.
•       Developing data ingestion scope, goals and identifying resources needed
•       Gathering Data Mapping requirements
•       Capturing and applying changes
•       Good experience on configuration of the replication channels like CDC, Soft Delete,  Filtering / Restrict data, Transformations and Additional data.
•       Good experience on apply software patches / upgrades as necessary.
•       Should have knowledge on Data and Analytics environment.

 

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Required Skills and Experience:

 

You design and manage complete enterprise solutions. You demonstrate leadership of topics in the architect community and show a passion for technology and business acumen. You work as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in a major client organization. You lead Capgemini operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence. You are seen as a role model in the community.

 

• Qualification: Minimum 9-13 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor’s Degree.

• Certification: Has TOGAF 9 and has IAF level 1 and is seeking level 2.

• Should be master in Functional Architecture Design.

• Should have experience in Business Knowledge, Integration & Orchestration, Technical Solution Design, Risk & Quality Management.

• Should be proficient in Business Analysis & Software Engineering.
