Title: WPS Area Manager I– SFO GEO/West

Reporting to  TBD

  • Responsible for management of all CRES workplace places services like Building services comprises of Asset Management (e.g. furniture, special AC equipment), Building Maintenance, Cleaning & Waste Management, Energy & Utilities and Heating, Ventilation & Air-conditioning ; Employee services comprises of Archiving Services, Beverage and Vending Services, Food & Catering Services, Helpdesk for employee friendly priority-based Services, Mail Management and Courier Services, Reception Services, Meeting Room Management for Conferences and Events ; Security, sustainability and Environmental compliance ; Space management of company facilities and properties.
    • Responsible for SFO Geo (US West) region, that currently comprises of following sites:
      • California State: San Francisco, Santa Clara, San Mateo, San Diego, Milpitas   
      • Washington State: Bellevue
    • Collaboration with Capgemini’s affiliate entity business contacts, to ensure CRES service standards are implemented at their offices.
      • Sogeti Entity –
        • IOWA State – Des Moines Office
        • Arizona State -Scottsdale Office
      • Synapse Entity – Seattle Office (Washington State)
    • Collaboration and supporting Capgemini’s affiliate entity “frog’s” studio operations (@SFO) specific responsibilities
      • Vendor relationships related studio events (client & internal)
      • Special purchases for events
      • Support frog new hire orientation session
  • Responsible for developing WPS operating budgets and supporting Real Estate team on facility’s needs, by providing data required monthly (example: Space Utilization; Business space needs)
  • Manage the Integrated Facility management (IFM) third-party partner (ISS) service delivery at his/her area, complying with service agreement and performance driven by defined SLA/KPI
  • Sound working knowledge on Health and safety.
  • Ensures building operations comply with all local zoning laws, regulations, and safety
  • People Manager (manage, lead, develop & coach team, manage workload distribution and compliance oversight) for direct reporting employees if assigned
  • Liaise with team and ensure all Business Certification or Quality assurance certifications (like ISO 14001, ISO 27001, Zurich Risk) are supported for CRES scope, by keeping all required documents & service reports compliant and current.
  • Leadership and Stakeholder Management (support in leading quarterly calls, Subject Matter Expert triad teams, knowledge share and service delivery)
  • Support and manage any CRISIS Management on facility services impacting business operations working with CRES Regional management, HR and Business leaders
  • Support and deliver with workplace service requests coming through CRES, HR and Business Management
  • Lead Centre of Excellence WPS regional responsibility if assigned (like EHS, Digital operations, Physical Security)
  • Other WPS related services as needed
