058874-Delivery Architect – Salesforce Tableau CRM Architect

Must Have:
•Earned Salesforce Certified TableauCRM + Einstein Discovery certification.
•A minimum of 1-1.5 years’ experience with TableauCRM (formerly Einstein Analytics) having successfully implemented at least 1 TCRM solution.
•Experience with TableauCRM components like Data Manger, dataflows, recipes, bindings, SOQL/SOSL/SAQL, lens, visualizations, and publishing back on Lightning record page layouts.
•Perform and document data analysis, data validation, data mapping/design, produce data samples/prototypes and produce ad-hoc reports. Obtain and analyze data by accessing multiple sources.  
•Excellent written and oral communication skills a must.
•Experience managing the software development lifecycle (Agile) with a distributed team.

Preferred Skills:
•Earned Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder and various other Salesforce Consultant certifications desired.
•Hands-on experience of (or training in) additional Salesforce clouds, such as Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud.
•Experience with Einstein Discovery.
•Familiarity with Einstein AI components like Next Best Action, Prediction Builder, and Insights nice to have.
•Experience with TableauCRM standard Apps.
•Understanding of broader systems engineering concepts including data structures, data modeling, database schemas.
•Use analytical rigor and statistical methods like data cleansing, statistics, data mining, predictive analysis, and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, and extract insights from large-scale data sets
•Experience managing large data sets.
•Experience with writing standard Salesforce reports and dashboards.
•Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team. 
•Knowledge of Salesforce, either through work at industry participants or consulting to the industry.  

Role Description:
•Work with senior members of the team to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements in to customized solutions using the TableauCRM platform. 
•Implement Salesforce TableauCRM solutions that adhere to platform best practices and perform peer code reviews.  
•Lead development work streams, from design through testing and deployment, often working with junior members of the team both offshore and onshore. 
•Review and correct project direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep implementation on track and solutions extensible and maintainable going forward.
•With project leadership, assist in the estimation of work effort, determination of required resources, and set a realistic schedule for development. 
•Maintain effective client relations and rapport – delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks. 
•Post-delivery – assists client teams in supporting the live application and perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities, positioning our clients for long term success. 

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Delivery Architects assess a project’s technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks.  They are responsible for designing and implementing a project’s technical architecture. They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation. The scope of the Delivery Architect’s role is bounded by the business issue at hand. A Delivery Architect needs to have knowledge of all the different aspects of the technical Delivery as well as robust business knowledge. This includes the Software Architect.


Day to Day Responsibilities:


• You are responsible for the end-to-end architecture of a Delivery, including its assembly and integration into the IT architecture principles defined with the client.

• You define the structure of the system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation.

• You are responsible for the management and mitigation of technical risks, ensuring that the Delivery services can be realistically delivered by the underlying technology components.


Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualification: Minimum 7-10 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor’s Degree.

• Certification: Has or seeking IAF level 1.

• Should be proficient in foundation, People Leadership, client acquisition & development, service & delivery and business leadership.

• Should be experienced in technology awareness & leveraging and innovation & growth capability.
