Career Opportunity
Supports Enterprise Data Management and Governance Foundation Workstream and Customer on Maturity Assessment gap work that Customer needs to complete during the MVP.  Help the Enterprise Data Management & Governance Lead and Customer domain in developing control structures within a complex environment to ensure the accuracy and quality of data through all upstream and downstream data flows and processes.
Additional skills and experiences can include:

  • Lead the creation, maintenance and monitoring of enterprise Data Management and Governance policies, processes, procedures, and playbook(s) for guiding the data management and governance as it relates to the enterprise data catalog, glossary and data quality.
  • Foundational work to help guide the enterprise on data management and data governance best practice.  
  • DG Operating Model, Roles & Responsibilities, Processes, Best Practices, Methodologies, Standards.
  • High level policy, Set of End-to-End DG process epics and user stories that can be reused for all Business Solution MVP’s.
  • A document required to inform MVP projects on the DM & Governance information required including communications and training plans.
  • Understanding of how to use data governance technologies such as Informatica EDC, Axon and CDQ.
  • Help create and document the end-to-end Enterprise Data Management & Governance Business Operating model(s), end to end process epics and user stories.
  • Guide Customer on data maturity gap work that can be completed in an MVP.
  • Create and manage the development of individual project artifacts including scoping documents, project sprint planning, score cards, risk, and issue trackers, epic and use case requirements.  
  • Help create and maintain a strong communications plan and artifacts among varied stakeholders.

Business Analysts enable the transformation and performance improvement of an enterprise or its parts, with respect to people, process, and technology, by providing relevant capabilities, assets (human and non-human), processes and tools. Business Analysts structure, analyze and visualize an enterprise’s current state.  They design and visualize the future state. They also design and guide the change process from current to future state. Developing sector knowledge is extremely important for all Business Analysts. Functional analysts can specialize in Business, ERP, Application Management or Custom Software Development (CSD). 


  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3-7 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role) experience.
  • 5+- years of supporting Enterprise Data Management & Governance.  
  • 5+- years of experience in supporting data as a corporate asset through the utilization of an enterprise data catalog, glossary and data quality.
  • Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPI´s & Reporting.
  • Strong background and working knowledge of data quality improvements.
  • Knowledge in Informatica tools used to identify and manage structured and unstructured data.
  • Good level of proficiency for privacy laws and regulations.
  • Should have baseline skills in Software Engineering, Architecture Knowledge & Testing.
  • Self-reliant analyst who has mastered at least one methodology.
