058292-Senior IT Transformation Manager – Transformation and Innovation Lead (ADD)

 Responsibilities:
 Lead transformative projects in digital and restaurant platforms, enabling them to be more agile, experimental, and customer centric. Understand impact of ‘Mono’ to ‘Micro’ development and help deploy and adopt the evolved system.

 Work towards adoption of new technologies and products with focus on enabling new ways of doing things. This includes testing and qualifying new technologies and increasing adoption once value is established.

 Help map the transformation goals of market services to respective teams to align deliverables of these teams in such a way that they contribute towards meeting the goals. Drive assessment of existing development, deployment and support tools and processes to provide recommendations on transformation roadmap.

 Provide execution leadership by effective collaboration and decision making for innovation ideas throughout the lifecycle of elaboration, selection, execution, and delivery of targeted benefits.
Collaborate and Partner with Capgemini’s innovation teams to accelerate value realization and leverage best practices within the account.  Direct and indirect people management to achieve goals.

 Leverage Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and other technology strategies to improve efficiencies within application development and localization, quality assurance, deployment, and support and problem management disciplines.

 Contributing to the financial planning and risk management process by producing business cases and financial models to support new requirements for transformation and software development. Providing management information on the nature, scope and status of transformation projects, and the business benefits gained by the realization of these projects.

 Recommend and prioritize tactical and strategic projects to deliver ongoing sustainable innovation benefits so that innovation goals are achieved without getting impacted by day- 2-day operational priorities /challenges.

Skills:
 Good exposure to Agile software development and DevOps practices such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Continuous Integration, automated deployment, and configuration management
 Experience with architecting, designing, and developing applications
 Experience in implementing best practices for innovation, product management, software engineering, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), data and analytics, and other platform capabilities.
 Good communications with ability to tailor communications to audience
 Inquisitive learner and improver
 Natural inclination to want to optimize and improve processes
 Influence without direct authority
 Direct experience in IT deployment and/or support for retail point of sale/restaurant technologies preferred
 12+ years IT experience Experience working directly with customers, partners, or third-party developers
 

 

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

IT Transformation Managers optimize Business Technology capabilities and manage implementation, change and transformation on behalf of the client. They analyze and evaluate existing Business Technology capabilities (- organization, project management, service management and resources management). They define Business and IT objectives and identify gaps. They are responsible for the success of the transformation by designing the appropriate transformation roadmap and leading the execution of it.  They also carry out skills coaching and consulting.  IT Transformation Managers understand the financial implications of their proposals. Their plans must increase the productivity and quality of the complete IT landscape and life cycle by using client standards and procedures, control and quality management, rationalization and automation. They use industry standards and best-practices including a feasibility check and necessary adaptations for the client.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

The Senior Transformation Manager, has an expertise in several areas of the transformation topic. This enables them to take responsibility for the execution of significant areas of programs/projects together with the client, supporting and coaching colleagues and employees of the customer within this areas of responsibility. Taking responsibility for the delivery of large areas of an overall program/project, with the client, develops, refines and realizes coherent  transformation strategies and roadmaps to achieve the clients business outcomes.  Where needed, assumes control of external suppliers ensuring their alignment to the overall delivery roadmap. Key contact for the management and team at the customer across all programs. Supports and leads program/project reviews and audits.  Leads or supports change, communication and deployment activities with the program/project customer and develops new opportunities as they arise. 

 

• Qualification: More than 12+years of experience, Bachelor’s Degree.  Master Degree Preferred.
• Should be experienced in Business Change Management, Business Case Development and News Business Model Design 
• Should be proficient in Business Transformation, Project Financials, KPI´s & Reporting
