Must have skills
– 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Demandware Business Analyst/Administrator
– Expert Level Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager

Roles and Responsibilities
– Work with clients and end users to gather, understand and define business requirements
– Assist with ongoing system Salesforce Commerce Cloud administration including but not limited to: creating products, promotions, source codes, gift cards, coupons, sales tax and merchandising the site, configuration of  Security functionality
– Maintain database integrity and accuracy via data cleansing, data uploads
– Assist with release evaluations including defining scope and priorities for system initiatives
– Troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner and provide internal support when needed
– Lead end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & regression testing to accurately prioritize defects and re-test resolved issues
– Train customer personnel to Manage the Storefront

 

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
