058056-Business Development Executive – Technology Staff Augmentation Services

Role Summary: This person will be selling temporary/staff augmentation services in a “farming” role

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with Capgemini’s existing Clients to support local staffing requirements. The candidate will be expected to foster relationships with local client contacts to better understand their IT staffing needs so that positions are filled with best-fit talents.  In addition to being present at customer locations; the candidate needs to work with recruitment teams to support supply creation; and is expected to be involved in the candidate vetting process.  

The candidate must be comfortable in working independently, within the context of a larger account management structure.  The candidate must be able to balance direction provided from multiple stakeholders.  Experience working within the local market is ideal, but not mandatory.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 3 years' experience selling temporary IT staffing solutions for an agency of professional services firm
  • Ability to think strategically, master technical concepts and work effectively in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment    
  • Previous experience working for staffing / professional services firm is an asset
  • Previous experience in account management across multiple verticals
  • 5 years or greater of recent experience selling into stated enterprise business sectors.
  • Experience with the consultative sales approach in analyzing challenges of potential clients and conveying ROI and TCO concepts to CXO level management.  

Additional Qualifications:

  • High comfort level proposing and building relationships with C-suite executives
  • Significant experience in targeted account sales strategies
  • Ability to work in a global organizational and service delivery environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to stay abreast of industry trends and technical advancements within the industry sectors and enterprise markets
  • Experience with Sales pipeline reporting, forecasting and Salesforce.com CRM tools
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% as required, primarily but not limited to the specified NA region
