practice in Capgemini BSv with 15,000 associates around the world. This team works on all aspects of Finance
automation and transformation through design, build and run of these solutions
by BPO. The ambition is to achieve F&A growth of double figures and for
>10% of that revenue to come from design and consulting advisory in the
areas of Finance Powered by Intelligent Automation. The team has a sharp vision
to use emerging Intelligent Automation and Artificial Intelligence solutions to
augment human capability through the finance life cycle.
This role is to lead consulting sales and
delivery in the Insurance area and to pull through wider BPO

Americas to ensure we position Capgemini F&A at the forefront of automation
led transformation for Insurance
Selling and delivering
transformation projects to BSv & Group clients
Developing the global
teams insight and understanding of Insurance finance
Recruiting and managing
team members to support ambition in the sector
Win in the market to
projects at high margins
Achieve personal sales
and revenue under management of $1.5M
Contribute to overall
consulting sales of $25M & pull through of BPO revenue
Excellent communication skills able to articulate value propositions; F&A
