•Must have total 7+ yrs. in IT and 2+ years experience working as a snowflake Data Architect and 4+ years in Data warehouse, ETL, BI projects.
•Must have experience at least one complex implementation of a Snowflake Data Warehouse.

•Expertise in Snowflake data modelling, ELT using Snowflake SQL, implementing complex stored Procedures and standard DWH and ETL concepts.
•Expertise in Snowflake advanced concepts like setting up resource monitors, RBAC controls, virtual warehouse sizing, query performance tuning, Zero copy clone, time travel and understand how to use these features.
•Expertise in deploying Snowflake features such as data sharing, events and lake-house patterns.
•Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities, SnowSQL, SnowPipe and Big Data model techniques using Python.
•Experience in Data Migration from RDBMS to Snowflake cloud data warehouse.
•Deep understanding of relational as well as NoSQL data stores, methods and approaches (star and snowflake, dimensional modelling).
• Provide resolution to an extensive range of complicated data pipeline related problems, proactively and as issues surface.
•Expertise in AWS, Azure or GCP Platform as a Service (PAAS) components is a plus.
•Should be able to develop and maintain documentation of the data architecture, data flow and data models of the data warehouse appropriate for various audiences.
•Provide direction on adoption of Cloud technologies (Snowflake) and industry best practices in the field of data warehouse architecture and modelling.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be a technical expert on all aspects of Snowflake.
•Deploy Snowflake following best practices, including ensuring knowledge transfer so that customers are properly enabled and are able to extend the capabilities of Snowflake on their own.
•Lead and Architect migration of data analytics environment from Teradata to Snowflake with performance and reliability.
•Assess and understand the ETL jobs, workflows, BI tools and reports.
•Based on the findings from the assessment, define a high level roadmap for migration to Snowflake on Azure along with a future state reference architecture on Azure cloud.
•Responsible for end-to-end data analytics design and architecture for Snowflake in Azure.
•Improve existing data pipelines in cloud for data transformation and aggregation.
•Address a majority of technical inquiries concerning customization, integration, enterprise architecture and general feature / functionality of Snowflake.
•Setup, configure and deploy Snowflake.
•Proven Experience in crafting Database / Data warehouse solutions in cloud (Pr.eferably Azure. Alternatively AWS, GCP). •Guide the team to handle configurations for multiple departments/groups within single environment stack.
•Lead data analytics team for implementing the standard methodologies. Enable partners to make key decisions with accurate data analysis, reports and presentations of key findings.
•Snowflake Solution Architect with expertise in Design, and Implementation of highly scalable, highly available, Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) services and solutions.

• Certification: SE level 1 and seeking level 2.
• Must have experience in Package Configuration.
• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.
