  Data Project Manager:
• Experienced in Data Science with minimum 5 years.
• Good decision making with data; they know they’ll need to think about things like how to serialize their models and how to surface the predictions of their models to users.
• Delivery of project responsibilities to time, cost and quality, accountable for full transition project up, aligned with internal (management) and external (client) needs, defining project approach, scope, milestones, success criteria, deliverables, risks, contingencies and allocating appropriate resource requirements ensuring that quality assurance activities are embedded.
• Data product managers have the good ability to choose an objective function and ruthlessly optimize for it and make decisions with incomplete or no data.
• Manages the successful delivery of the Project outcomes.
• Attention to detail is essential given the executive level target audience
• The ability to simultaneously work on multiple project and deadlines
• Applies standards consistently across all solutions
• Demonstrates ability to develop, communicate and educate on standard operating procedures within their given function
• Highly productive, delivers quality results with great attention to detail
• Displays professionalism with excellent interpersonal skills which lend themselves to team-oriented approach and able to work effectively as part of a team and as an individual

• Responsible for tracking project status through regular Project Working Group meeting with the technology and business stakeholders.
• Prepare the materials for pre-refinement, refinement and Governance forum meetings.
• Keep JIRA up to date as per the latest project status.
• Displays professionalism with excellent interpersonal skills which lend themselves to team-oriented approach and able to work effectively as part of a team and as an individual.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage the successful delivery of the Projects in the ET Transversal Programmes Domain
• The PM coordinates all technology delivery activity for the Projects within the Programme
• Execute the project through nWOW
• Key responsibilities of the PM
• Plan the Project delivery in line with business expectation
• Manage key stakeholders in Enterprise Technology and T&I as part of implementation.
• Identify and incorporate all dependencies and establish risks as applicable.
• Compilation of risks and issues that impacts Project outcome
• Work with respective project managers and manage the integration of all work streams under the Project
• Track Agile deliverables from project perspective, closely work with Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
• Monitor and control each phase gate of the Project with a timely escalation of risks and issues.
• Proper closure and transition of the Project deliverables to BAU.
 

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Applications Consultants have expertise in a specific technology environment.  They are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE).  These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

You are an expert in one or more business processes and technology practices and are accountable for translating a business case into a detailed technical design. Alternatively, you are responsible for operational and technical issues and translate technical blueprints into requirements and specifications. You may also be responsible for integration testing and user acceptance testing. You act as a stream lead, guiding team members by experience. You are seen as active member within technology communities.

 

• Qualification: Minimum 7-10 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role) years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.

• Certification: SE level 1 and seeking level 2.

• Must have experience in Package Configuration.

• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.
